What is the PMKN4294 cable for?

The PMKN4294 is Motorola's USB-C to USB-A cable for radios that charge or program over USB-C. It is the direct-connection option when you want to top up a radio from any USB-A power source, or connect a radio to a computer for programming, without a drop-in charger.

Works with: sold here for the Motorola TLK25 and TLK110 (charging) and the BPR45, which uses USB-C for CPS programming. It is also part of the TLK car-kit ecosystem for in-vehicle charging.

Does it charge and program? Both, depending on the radio: charging on USB-C-charging models like the TLK25 and TLK110, and data connection for programming software on the BPR45.

Is a wall adapter included? No — this is the cable only. Pair it with a USB-A power source or see the PS000150A31 wall charger.

Will any USB-C cable do? Motorola's own cable is the supported configuration for programming; generic cables may charge but are not guaranteed for CPS data connections.
