US Customers

Shipping is free on orders over $125 for US customers. We ship via UPS logo UPS Ground for orders over 1 lb, and USPS logo USPS Priority for smaller orders under 1 lb.

High-value orders can be insured or require a signature upon delivery. We offer expedited shipping options (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air) selectable at checkout.

Canadian Customers

We offer shipping to Canada via UPS Standard. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your province. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Partial Shipments

If you place an order for multiple items that qualifies for free shipping, your entire order remains eligible for free shipping. However, if any item is backordered or requires special ordering, you may choose to wait for a complete shipment or receive a partial shipment of the items currently in stock. Partial shipments incur standard shipping fees.

Handling & Fees

All orders are subject to a $5.50 handling charge.

Shipping Safety Alert

Stolen packages at residential addresses have become a growing problem nationwide. Two Way Radio Gear assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages once delivered. To help prevent theft and ensure a positive shipping experience:

  • We recommend selecting an adult signature requirement for residential deliveries at an additional fee of $5.95. If you do not require a signature, please contact us.
  • You may add carrier insurance (approximately 2% of the order total) for protection against theft or damage. Contact us for details.

Address Corrections

Please confirm your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Additional carrier fees will apply if changes are made after your order is processed. If a package is undeliverable after three delivery attempts, a fee will apply.
