This kit pairs a Decibullz thermoplastic ear mold with a surveillance-style earpiece: warm the mold, shape it to your ear once, and the earpiece then seats securely for a full shift while blocking surrounding noise. It is built for staff who wear an earpiece all day — security posts, event teams, and floor supervisors.
Compatibility: the kit works as part of an acoustic-tube surveillance setup; it does not plug into a radio by itself. It is sold here as an accessory for Motorola BPR45 and EVOLVE surveillance configurations — your radio connection comes from the surveillance kit you pair it with.

Can I re-mold it? Yes — the Decibullz thermoplastic can be re-warmed and re-shaped, so one kit adapts if the wearer changes.
Does it replace my surveillance kit? No. It upgrades the ear end of an acoustic-tube kit; keep your existing radio-side connector and PTT.
Why isolation-style? The sealed custom fit cuts ambient noise, which means lower radio volume and clearer received audio in loud rooms.
