- Count simultaneous users. Include supervisors, relief staff and spare radios. A pack size is radios per pack; order quantity is the number of packs.
- Check your existing fleet. Share model numbers, frequency band, analog/digital mode and programmed channels. Matching brands alone does not establish compatibility.
- Plan charging and audio. Each radio includes a battery and individual charger. Multi-unit chargers and extra audio accessories are included when specified in the chosen package. Check the product's box list for exact quantities.
- Confirm licensing and service. Requirements depend on the radio system. Programming does not replace an FCC license or an active network service plan.
Programming is available at no charge. Send your channel requirements so our team can confirm the setup. Ask about current availability and programming turnaround for your required date.

Commercial radio buying questions
Should I choose analog or digital radios?
Start with your current fleet. Analog and digital radios need compatible bands, channels and operating modes to communicate. Dual-mode capability can help with a planned migration, but the selected model and programming still need to match your system.
How far will a commercial radio work?
Buildings, terrain, obstructions, antenna placement and the radio system affect coverage. Wattage alone cannot establish the range at your site. Share a site map and known dead spots so the team can assess the setup and whether a coverage check or repeater review is appropriate.
Can I buy a team pack with shared charging?
Yes. Compare the actual bundle contents on the product page. Individual chargers come with the radios; multi-unit chargers and headsets are additional bundle contents only where listed. Review the radio count before increasing order quantity.
